Payment Policy
Session fees are to be paid at time of service. A no-show or late-cancellation fee will be charged if an appointment is missed, or cancelled in less than 24 hours.
You will be asked to provide your credit card at the time of your first session, to cover fees for sessions, no-shows, and late cancellations.
Boundaries and Limitations
It is important to understand that counseling is a professional relationship. While it may often feel like a close personal relationship, it is not one that can extend beyond professional boundaries, both during and after your treatment period.
Considerable experience shows that when boundaries blur, the hard-won benefits gained from the counseling relationship can be endangered. If you need to reach your counselor outside of your scheduled session time, please email, text, or leave a voicemail.
